I have worked in behavioural science, implementation science and health services research for more than 20 years, including research, practice and leadership roles across academia, NHS, charity sector, and industry. This has included grant funded research (focused on improving care and support for people with long-term conditions), commissioned work on behalf of health and social care organisations (e.g., evaluability assessments, service and pathway evaluations), and innovation projects (e.g., developing, implementing, and evaluating a new NHS diabetes psychology service). I am a Chartered Psychologist, HCPC Registered Health Psychologist and honorary Professor of Health Psychology at the University of Kent.
